This book was written by Eduardo Caballero for Paola’s 75th birthday. It was one of her most treasured possessions. In the planning of her funeral, Eduardo was led to this book. He had originally planned to share only a few of the teachings during her eulogy. However, when the priest failed to ask a single question about Paola prior to the church service, or even offer condolences, Paola spoke to Eduardo and said, “This is MY funeral. This is MY day. And we’re going to do this MY way. We’re going to read every single word of that book in church.” The priest didn’t know who she was before the funeral, but he sure did by the end.
